Last week the Lexie girls braved the British weather, bundled up the hottest babes they could find and hit the studio and streets of London to shoot 13.3 - their newest collection!
After a tough workout, you need to refuel, replenish and repair. How do you do this? It's simple... EAT!
The key is to follow up with meals that combine protein, which helps your muscles recover, and carbohydrates, which replenish energy stores.
